In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By registering an Account on air888, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. air888 does not permit individuals under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of air888, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion or account-closure request.
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete.

To access the full range of air888 Services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on air888. The registration of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being permanently closed and all Funds being forfeited.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number during registration. This information must exactly match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. air888 staff will never ask you for your password.
4. Unauthorized Access: If you have reason to believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify air888 immediately by contacting our support team. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
5. Account Currency: All Accounts on air888 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

air888 supports the following payment methods for Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

1. Own Accounts Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Minimum and maximum limits for each method are displayed at the point of transaction.
3. Deposit Processing: Deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within minutes of a successful transfer confirmation. air888 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.
4. Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to Users who have completed the KYC verification process as described in Clause 8. Unverified Accounts may deposit and wager but may not withdraw funds.
5. Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our payments team within the timeframes published on the Platform. air888 targets same-day processing for requests submitted before the daily cutoff time (23:00 WIB). Requests submitted after the cutoff are processed the following business day.
6. Withdrawal to Own Account: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in your own legal name and matching the details on file with air888. We reserve the right to request proof of account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
7. Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day apply. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard. air888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
8. Currency: All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). air888 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

air888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Users who meet all eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion's terms. air888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus carries an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits concurrent bonuses. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorization constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: air888 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk opposing bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional structures. Any User found to have abused bonuses will have all associated bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings forfeited and their Account may be permanently closed.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: air888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed by Users in good standing at the time of the change.
• Deposit Bonuses: Where a bonus requires a qualifying deposit, only deposits made via the payment methods specified in the promotion will qualify. Deposits via excluded payment methods will not trigger the bonus, even if all other eligibility criteria are met.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the air888 Platform:

1. Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User, except where air888 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-withdrawal feature for that specific market.
2. Odds and Markets: air888 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any market at its discretion, including in circumstances where a market has been offered in error or where the integrity of an event is in question. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account.
3. Sportsbook — Football: Bets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and all other football competitions are governed by air888's Football Betting Rules, available upon request. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out; any voided leg reduces the accumulator accordingly.
4. Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are offered in real time and odds change continuously. air888 is not responsible for discrepancies caused by network latency between the User's device and the Platform's servers. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of server-side confirmation, not at the odds visible on the User's screen at the moment of clicking.
5. Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by the relevant draw operator. air888 publishes results as soon as they are officially confirmed. air888 is not responsible for errors or delays in official result publication.
6. Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during any game or betting event, air888 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes. Winnings generated during a documented system malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
7. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. air888 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on air888. Engaging in any of the actions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds and pending winnings:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing information about hole cards in poker or coordinating bets on opposing sides of the same market.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other users or the house.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting odds differences, particularly in a manner that constitutes abuse of promotional offers.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities. air888 is committed to full compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform. Any confirmed chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and legal action.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access the accounts of other Users, circumventing the Platform's security systems, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the Platform's normal operation.

air888 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before withdrawals are enabled. The KYC process may also be triggered at air888's discretion at any time during the Account lifecycle.

To complete KYC, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, unobstructed copy or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional). The document must be valid, legible, and show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months confirming your residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note displaying your air888 username and the current date.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or BRI mobile banking app showing your account name).

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team within one business day of submission. air888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to cap the amount you can add to your Account within a given period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders that notify you after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.

All content on the air888 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, images, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of air888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorization from air888.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the Platform.
• Use any air888 trademark, logo, or trade name in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of air888's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air888 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if air888 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Services, including interruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, force majeure events, or scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or Platform content, provided that air888 takes reasonable steps to correct confirmed errors promptly upon becoming aware of them.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or your disclosure of login information to any third party.

air888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, howsoever caused, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

air888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity in connection with your Account.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose air888 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for breach, air888 reserves the right to forfeit all Funds and pending winnings in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., market exit or regulatory requirement), air888 will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining verified Funds to you via your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which air888 is licensed to operate.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent air888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the Platform or its users.

air888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via email or a prominent on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required by law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
